Witam,
mam trochę wolnego czasu, więc pomyślałem spróbuję czegoś nowego i stworzę bloga.

I mam pytanie czy legalne jest tworzenie takich wpisów jak ten: http://st-mobilny.pl/podpatrzone-szczot ... samochody/ i czy trzeba podawać pełnego linka?
Z jednej strony mam wątpliwości czy to można podciągnąć pod prawo cytatu, a z drugiej przecież dzięki tym linkom reklamuję tamte strony i raczej nie powinni mieć pretensji.


Planuję też stworzyć kilka artykułów porównujących różne smartfony i w związku z tym mam pytanie - jakbym skopiował zdjęcia np. z tej stronki http://www.sonymobile.com/pl/products/phones/ to byłoby to nielegalne? Jeśli tak to skąd mam brać inne źródło i np. skąd inne portale biorą takie zdjęcia?

Takie coś jak pokazałeś na tej stronie to trochę wygląda jakby było z automatu zaciągane z jakichś RSS i publikowane na stronie. Metoda raczej podpadająca pod spamowanie. No i jakość ruchu, który by wszedł na taka stronę również niezbyt wysoka.

Według mnie warto zatroszczyć się o dobry artykuł na bloga powierzając napisanie właściwej osobie. Nie warto pisać w oparciu o istniejący już artykuł tylko samemu wypróbować np. telefon , przeczytać książkę i napisać artykuł, który nie będzie w oparciu o wpis z internetu. A co do legalności to nie wiem.
